I’ve had issues in the past with some staff that were there, they had bad bed side manners. They fortunately are gone, but I feel like it’s changed. Brian is a great person and is a real life hero when it comes to helping patients out. And Meagan whitehead has been a very supportive and helpful part of my recovery she is right under Dr hueser. he also has done many procedures on me and very professional. I’ve been a patient for md pain for over 10 years and these three are a great team.
I have had an excellent experience with MD Pain. Megan has consistently been professional, compassionate, and responsive. Given my complex spinal conditions and previous very negative experiences with other pain management providers, I particularly appreciate the level of patient care, concern, and professionalism at MD Pain.
Been going here for 6+ years. Seen basically every provider and they’re all amazing. BUT if you have any issue at the pharmacy or have questions outside of your visit….. goodluck getting it fixed quickly. The staff is either over worked or truly don’t care. When they say they will ask the doctor….. that means you will get a response MAYBE in 2-3 days.
Standing in the pharmacy, they knew that and told me to wait, all I needed was a code…. 3 hours later…. Nothing…. Left cause I knew they would make me sit there for even longer and they get mad when I call once an hour for an update. That’s not the doctors problem.
