JRG just finished the reroof project on my home and it was a completely professional experience from beginning to end.
Nick Long from JRG performed the initial inspection report and met with my insurance inspector. With his assistance the claim was processed smoothly. The JRG contract was provided for the replacement material and included upgrade options for better hail resistance with thorough explanations. Miriz Banut the production manager emailed me status reports through out the entire scheduling process. Just Roofs and Gutters did an amazing job replacing our roof. The team put out tarps cleaned up everything after they were done. The roof looks amazing. It feels so good to have a new secure roof to protect our home!
We also really appreciated all the communication on what to expect.
The day of installation, the roofing crew arrived promptly at 7:00am and immediately started work on tearing off the roof. For the next 13 hours, they finished with the tear off the, installed new decking, and installed most of the new shingles. They came back for 3 hours the next day to finish. They hauled away all the debris, and the cleanup was ok. Still finding scraps and nails here and there. Roof looks good. There was an issue with an exhaust vent being disconnected during the project but was immediately resolved. Brady Howard was very helpful in getting the claim approved by insurance.
