As a Realtor and homeowner, I recommend Gustafson to all of my clients and friends! They just did an amazing job installing our heat pump furnace & A/C as well as a hot water heater in our older home. The entire crew worked diligently to make sure the system worked properly and they were patient and accommodating explaining the new system to us. The technician, Justin, did a great job repairing and cleaning my furnace. I have worked with Gustafson Heating and Air Conditioning for over 17 years. They installed the furnace in my home when it was built. Now that it is time to replace my almost 18 year old furnace, I will only buy my new furnace from Gustafson because I trust them and know they will do a good job. In addition, when problems arise they work very hard to solve the problems and stand behind their work.
The two story townhome had a large temperature difference between the 1st and 2nd floors. The technician came out promptly and rebalanced the system quickly. There was marked improvement of the problem and at this time there is only 1.5° difference between the two floors.
We were very pleased with the service. There were no charges. This service considered to be warranty work.
