The worst customer support. I an returning and cancelling the service with them. My register stop working for a month. They said they are sending me a new machine. It's more that a month and nothing happened. They don't answer and call back to their customers.

My LLC got shut down for being non-compliance. Keep in mind, my entire business is on the eBay platform. Therefore I do not take Debit / credit cards. Elavon was suggested to me and I've been trying to remove it because my business does not take physical cards. Horrible experience, I do not advise using them for anything business related.

After almost TEN years of using Elavon and my Poynt system stopped working, so I decided to go with “square” I did not close my merchant account since it was inactive, I was charged a non compliance fee, in addition 2 months of “statement fees” and surprise!!! Billed $191.99 on July 1st.!!! Be aware of ALL the little fees I never knew about if using them as a merchant!!! DO NOT USE ELAVON!
