This carpet/rug cleaning company is Top Notch, from beginning to end. We opted to take our rugs to them. Once there they bring a wheeled cart to your vehicle to help unload and transport the rugs inside. Then the rugs are inspected with you and the process is explained. Turn around time was acceptable for us, which was approximately 2 weeks. I highly recommend this company. Anne was amazing! So helpful with the entire process.

Ann and Steve are the people I trust when it comes to caring for my rugs and upholstery items.
I first found Denver Area Rug Cleaning as Steve has multiple credentials, including the Master IICRC designation. As a client, I value the knowledge and skill Steve has when it comes to cleaning and restoring my textile items. For example, I have some cream-colored linen dining chairs that had significant water stains. Steve had me bring one chair to test and he worked on it multiple times to see how he could properly get the stains out.
Ann has been a true partner to me. She has advised me about materials and makes things happen.
1) Rug care education: When I brought in wool rugs to clean, she told me about microsealing them, which gives them extra protection against stains and UV damage. I also mentioned that I recently bought a wool / viscose rug (viscose is notoriously hard to clean). I’m glad she mentioned microsealing the rugs because now everything is protected, which gives me peace of mind.
2) Material knowledge: My interior designer had suggested that I purchase a rug made out of a specific material. Ann advised that I shouldn’t buy a rug made from that material – when it stains, you can’t get it out; it sheds; it wouldn’t last more than a year, etc. I’m glad she told me this so I could instead buy a rug that has more longevity.
3) Making things happen: I needed some rug pads for some non-standard size rugs and was having difficulty finding the right size. Ann was able to make custom-sized rugs pads that would work.
