Joey has saved us multiple times after major water incidents. Most recently, after the contractor leading our bathroom renovation flooded multiple floors of our house, Joey moved his entire schedule around to take on a fairly complex remediation effort. He worked with us and the lead contractor, who was very resistant to taking the proper steps to deal with the damage, to make sure every wet piece of material was out of our home, and scheduled all post-remediation testing. He is reliable, communicative and trustworthy. I recommend him to everyone I know. His work cannot be beat.

The last thing you want to see when you lay down to go to sleep is water dripping from the ceiling into your bedroom. We called Denver Flood and Fire and the project manager walked us through what to do. The quick education we got really put our minds at ease in a stressful situation. They helped us through the insurance claim process too, which really made a big difference navigating through something I've never experienced before.
