One of your drivers cut me off then tried to run me off of the road on 6th avenue. Very unprofessional for a business driver.

Preston Elliot has installed our liner beginning to end. He removed old liner, cleaned or repaired the lagoon shaped pool, measured the area and ordered our new liner. It’s a detailed install and he was diligent in making sure there were no mistakes. He was always on time or early. He called before coming by every time and our faith in him gave us a beautiful new liner given all details.

I can not say enough great things about these guys. My spool cover broke (snapped rope) and when they got in there is was CLEARLY installed wrong by another company. These guys were here A LOT longer than they originally had thought, and STILL honored the original estimate. Jeffery and Frank were so great, courteous and professional. Plus my dog loves them! I was referred by a buddy that uses them for his pool and I’m SO glad I found them!

If I could give less than one star, I would. I watched their employee hit my garage door, damaging it, which required that one of the panels be replaced. Although they agreed to pay for the replacement of the panel, the entire door has to be repainted because the panels only come in white and the garage door is painted black. They ignored my repeated requests to reimburse me for having to have my garage door painted, which will cost me $443, all because their employee hit my garage door. Not only that, their employee did not report it to them, and if he did, they did not reach out to me. When I reported it to them, I was verbally berated for "not reporting it quickly enough" for them. Their office manager is also extremely rude, so I fired them. Do NOT work with this company.

I would highly recommend Colorado Pools Unlimited to anyone in need of excellent pool maintenance service. They came out immediately and were able to find and fix a leak in our in-ground spa quickly and efficiently. The previous company we were using kept telling us that the water loss was "normal" due to evaporation, and not to worry about it. Meanwhile, we were losing a sizable amount of water due to a leak! After the repair, the weekly water loss slowed dramatically, and can now be attributed to just normal evaporation.

Definitely avoid using CO Pools Unlimited for your pool or spa servicing. They do not respond to phone calls, demand to do unnecessary weekly service, are extremely expensive, and generally behave in a rude and unprofessional manner. I repeatedly asked them to notify me when they are coming to my house and they always refused. Then, after getting an enormous bill from them, I asked them to document when they had come to my house in the past month, and they refused to do even that. They built our pool so we stayed with them for servicing and that was a huge mistake. Do yourself a favor and find one of the many other competitive, customer-oriented, professional pool/spa service companies in the market.
