They came right away when we called them and explained our dog had pooped all over our carpet. They cleaned it and did an amazing job. Our only carpet cleaners from now on. Thank you

I was really pleased with the service I received from Chase Carpet. The techs did a fantastic cleaning the carpets and upholstered furniture in my 2-story house. They got out all the stains and ground in dirt, even from the stairs. The carpets were not soaked, as I had experienced in the past from another service, and dried within 24 hours. (though just to be sure, we waited additional time before putting the furniture back). Plus they were on-time, careful, and efficient.
