My neighbor highly recommended Bill Smith Plumbing & Heating as they have always been great for him. From there I worked with Roy who was super transparent, communicative and such a pleasure to work with. 2 days later he sent DJ to come out and install a 50 gallon water heater for me and he was such a great man and professional. From here on out, I will only be using Bill Smith Plumbing & Heating.

I have worked with Bill Smith Plumbing & Heating on several occasions at my rental properties. They have been honest and solved my issues each time. Sometimes they identified a problem and we scheduled a time for a tech to arrive later and it has worked nicely. They perform boiler checks each year and misc. plumbing repairs as needed. Their pricing has been very fair and I have appreciated their attention to detail. I work in the real estate field and have met and worked with many companies, this one has consistently been good and reliable.
