ArchWell Health is a very good place for senior care for adults age 60+. The goal is to keep people healthy so they can enjoy it all. New patients are pleased with the experience. The staff and doctor are extraordinary, wonderful, extremely friendly, kind, and very thorough. The medical assistant and front desk receptionists are cheerful and friendly. The doctor is always listening, never rushes, and really cares. The team takes time to hear concerns, suggests preventive healthcare, and handles referrals to specialists so patients do not have to. Appointments are a great and fantastic experience. People feel welcome right from the start and want to stay with ArchWell Health.
At 72 the most important question I have is, how much longer I’ll be around? As a result of my recent medical checkup visit, this question is no longer a concern.
From the front desk ( Michelle) to the nurse (Beth) and ending up with the best PCP l ever had, Dr. Marsh, I know I will be in excellent care for the rest of my life. Between ArchWell and Dr. Marsh, I have less to worry about my “health preventative maintenance.”
Keep up the fantastic work, add to this, test results in less than 24 hours and a follow call, I’m in heaven😇 ( not yet). Thank you all.
All of the employees that I've had contact with have all been friendly, which when you are at the doctor's, to me at least, is important to help you relax and feel welcomed. The nurse ,for example, when taking my blood pressure, followed the 'rules' and my BP was normal! Recommend them.
