John was wonderful in helping me find inexpensive dishwasher & stove/oven. Incredibly by professional and helpful and while it took me 3 calls to figure out what I needed, he patiently helped me thru each phone call. Me luvs John and Appliance Factory and I will shop here the FIRST time (before HomeDespot or Lowes)!

Incredible grateful for Jason J at this store. The pump on our washer broke and was informed that the part was discontinued. He helped us get set up with an incredible washer over the phone and got it delivered as fast as possible. He made the process so seamless and and easy with our busy schedules. Incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer any and all questions we had.
