I recently had two picture windows installed by John and Marcos from Alpha, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, they were pleasant, polite, and thoroughly professional. They kept me informed throughout the process, providing updates on progress. Also worth nothing, I work from home, and namely in the same room as one of the replacements. At no point was there any recognizable annoyance or discomfort with me being in the same room where I could observe the work.
