Five stars all around! Replacing windows can often feel like an overwhelming project, but Joey made it completely seamless and hassle-free. He wasn’t pushy like typical salespeople. He took a thoughtful approach, listening to what we actually needed and guiding us toward the best options for our home.
American Remodeling. Has been true to their word since the very beginning. We've had their windows and sliding glass patio door for four years now. They will still come out and repair and replace a broken wheel or a track. They answer their phone. Answer an email. Almost immediately every time.
I will give them five plus stars every time!!
I purchased my windows and patio door a few years ago. Recently I noticed the trim on the outside patio was discolored and lifting in areas. I called the company, submitted pictures of issue and was scheduled for service quickly. Great customer service and follow up afterwards. really appreciate the timely great service I received!
