We have used this company for years for HVAC at both our primary residence and a rental property. They do good work at a fair price, and are responsive when the HVAC fails in bad weather (hot or cold!). Really appreciate their service.Services: Heating system installation
I manage a liquor store and our compressor that cools our beer cooler went down. Dan came out on August 30th, found the problem and ordered us a new compressor. The compressor company said that it would arrive on September 6th, which meant we would have warm beer for the Labor Day weekend. Dan called me on Sept. 1st said it had arrived early and he would be out with his crew at 3am the next morning! He stated he didn't want me missing the beer sales. They had me up and running by 10:00am, and cold beer by 12:00 going into Labor Day weekend. They left here and still had a FULL day of scheduled repairs ahead of them. Best customer service we have ever had!!!!!
They have now become my go-to company. After several phone calls they were the only ones that could make it out before a week's notice. I called late one afternoon and they were here between the window she said the next day. Diagnosed, fixed, and showed me the problem all in under 35 minutes. The tech explained what he was doing, answered my questions, and showed me what he found. Saved me a lot of money in wasted product.
