This place is very sweet. The front desk woman Mary was kind and friendly and helped me so quickly. The MA Justin was great and made it an easy process to tell him my symptoms and the NP Karen is wonderful. Please give them all a raise.
I had a great experience here today even though I was not feeling the best. Farai at the front desk was very kind, checked me in very quickly. Justin was very kind, considerate, and friendly while getting my information while in the room. Jodi the provider was very helpful and knew exactly what to do to help me and recommended a chiropractor for me to see for my scoliosis. I have been to this urgent care before and everytime i’ve come i’ve had a great experience.
This entire staff is outstanding from start to finish. Mary was incredibly helpful with every aspect of checking in. Justin was the best tech that I’ve ever worked with, the easiest blood draw I’ve ever had and very helpful start to finish. Marlo was of the kindest nurse practitioners I’ve ever worked with, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful through the whole process. Great experience all around. 5 stars all day for this group!
