My son and I have been seeing this doctor since 2021. He is always nice and kind. The staff in the office is very nice as well. We really like Dr. Khoi as our family doctor because he always takes good care of us. What I appreciate most is that he personally performs the blood tests and check-ups, which makes the office feel very warm and welcoming. He may not be the most elegant, but what he lacks in elegance, he makes up for in human warmth. That is the most important thing for us. Dr. Khoi was very nice and the front office lady was very supportive! I had a very pleasant experience there! I honestly was afraid because of some other people reviews, but I had a friend that had a good experience there and told me to go. I’m glad I did!
I have found Dr. Nguyen and his entire staff to be friendly, accommodating and professional. His office is easy to schedule with and even calls me with apt reminders the night before. Appointments are fast, efficient and to the point. I think his primary customer base is Vietnamese and Vietnamese speaking. However, he and his staff communicate clearly and concisely in English as well. I enjoy my appointments with Dr. Nguyen and find his affable and funny.
