I’ve been coming to this business for years. The quality of work, thoroughness, and results are tremendous. They are professional, courteous, and center the patient. Great business
Dr. Spencer is knowledgeable and a true professional when it comes to giving patients great quality of care and direction. I wish I was educated and had been introduced to a functional medicine specialist, such as Dr. Spencer, during my playing career with the Denver Broncos. I have no doubt in my mind that the education and guidance she could provide then would have allowed me to perform better and at a higher level day in and day out. I, even now, have felt better working out, studying, providing patients care myself, along with more energy for family. I would recommend and do recommend Dr. Spencer for my patients who need a bit more guidance with their health.
One year later...Still working with Brynn. She has helped me unravel decades of habits that were never designed much less focused on my well-being. In fact, many of them were solely put into place to support "showing up for work". Good for the job way back when they started, but I was unaware on how they overtook my ability to change, when I elected to put new well-being practices in place. Brynn has been by my side coaching my through my lengthy process to end the old and create new core practices.
