Last Summer a few hail storms came through our area. We contacted a few Denver roofers to come and take a look at our roof just to make sure that the shingles weren't damaged. One company (which will remain unnamed) came out to take a look. They insisted the shingles were damaged. They seemed very pushy and were insistent we sign a "non-binding agreement" and that they would handle everything. They would take over and act on our behalf with our insurance company and get them to replace the roof. I asked for pictures to see the damage but the pictures they showed me just weren't convincing to me. I'm not a roofing expert but you would think hail damage would be obvious. Being a senior citizen, I had our son come over and review the agreement. Sure enough, buried in the fine print, we were in fact obligated to use their company in the event our insurance would agree to replace the roof. I decided to do an online search for Denver roofers. I came across 303roofer.com and requested a free roof inspection. Not only were they pleasant to work with but they were honest in their assessment telling us there was no damage at all. They were very professional. Several months later, not a single neighbor has had their roof replaced, so obviously 303 Roofer was correct in their assessment. I'm glad that I was patient and got in touch with 303 Roofer. Had I allowed the other company to pressure my insurance when the roof really didn't need to be replaced, our insurance agent, who happens to be a close friend of ours, would have been charged and our insurance would have potentially increased. I know this is long but wanted to make sure 303 Roofer got the attention they deserve. I highly recommend 303 Roofer, particularly for free roof inspections. They are a great team of people. Highly recommended.
