I drive from Parker to Elizabeth because Dr. Heckman is amazing!! She has spent a lot of time with me, helping me to figure out what was going on with my health. It took a few months and a few blood tests but she figured it out. I prefer a more experienced doctor, and she is.
She works hard to help. She is close to an old time family physician in going the extra mile to listen and give good medical conses with kindness. She also works hard to find and keep a competent staff which in this day and age no one is always successful at yet it is obvious she works at achieving a good staff. With years in Emergency Medical Service I want the best and I have gone to her for years.
I have been going to EFH for over 15 years now. Compared to "city" doctor offices I always feel the doctors take the time to listen and then ask the right questions. I live in Parker now and still will drive the 18 miles from my house to go there. Dr Leahy is the best primary care physician Ive ever had. The front desk always returns calls and follows up when I call with a question. A solid doctor office. Highly recommend.
