We had a diagnostic estimate done today for some water valves that need to be replaced. Both Brian and Mark were able to quickly determine exactly what needed to be done and even caught another issue that we didn’t know existed. Sibley Plumbing had also done an estimate previously and did not catch it! Brian and Mark carefully and efficiently went through the estimate with me and at no point did I feel like I was being gauged or charged for unnecessary things. The quote was very reasonable for the valley and nearly $1k less than Sibley’s over inflated quote. Thank you so much, Brian and Mark. We look forward to you taking care of our repairs!
We would recommend PSI for all of your plumbing needs. I reached out to Jamie as we were just a few days of putting on home on the market and we wanted our new sump pump installed prior to prospective buyers coming to view our house. Jamie went the extra mile and made this happen! Sam and Mark did the installation. They did an excellent job and Sam reached out to me after the installation to make certain the new pump was working to our satisfaction. Great customer service, excellent products and PSI shows a genuine interest in their customers!
