Very pleased! We had had a horrendous experience with another service in the Valley and were skiddish about selecting a new one. American has been great. From the initial phone call to set the appointment through the service call! Bryce the service tech was prompt, polite, explained everything, took time and care in what he was doing and was tidy! We look forward to a long relationship with American!
My HVAC system went out 1 July and American, plumbing and heating worked so hard and so fast to try to get my air conditioning back on in the summer They did a great job Max headed the job and he was Terrific five star customer service from Max. Thank you so much.
