I went to repair my own unit and reached a point in which I needed the licensed professionals. So I contacted fort collins heating and air. NO ONE PICKED UP. Unbeknownst to my sheer ignorance, the REAL professionals are with NORTHERN HEATING AND AIR. The owner personally came out to finish my progress immediately. He didn't charge me an arm or leg, or try and upsell me on products I can't afford, so he gave advice on how to prolong the life of my unit. In and out, they we're an hour to replace a faulty fan and system maintenance. Scott, the owner, was willing to check out a malfunctioning ceiling unit heater in our barn on a Saturday. A previous HVAC contractor had told me a replacement would cost $3280. Northern Heating and Air quoted $1200. Once Scott checked the heater he cleaned it and it worked!! Cost to me...$82!!!! Great service, great guy
