Thomas, the repair person was professional and knowledgeable and helped me fix my humidifier, which I have not been able to do for some time. He also covered some maintenance items I can do on a regular basis to keep my HVAC running effectively. He was very informative and helpful=GLAD HE IS ON THEIR STAFF
