Russ was incredibly helpful in helping me with my lock. He attempted to help me over the phone to save me some money at first and a few days later came over to fix what I couldn't get right. Would highly recommend him for your lock needs.

Russ is a good sport. Had called him to repair my shed door knob lock. He arrived the next day timely and courteous but to my shock the door was not locked just a little stuck. OOPS! We had a laugh. Thank you Russ!

There aren't enough good things I can say about Eagle Lock and Key, this is a business dedicated to quality, customer service, and doing the job right. Russ is a true rock star and master of his craft, it always feels like he makes my business a priority when we need any job done. We've also had Russ help us out at our home and not only was he able to fix the problem, effortlessly, he took the time to show/teach us what to do if the same issue occurs in the future.
