I have ALWAYS been pleased with how great my color and cut comes out. I've been going to Jill for years. The salon is warm and inviting along with Jill's attention to detail and letting you relax and enjoy the entire hair experience. And, her prices are amazing.

Jill is the best! She works very hard to make sure you like your cut and color. I wouldn't go to anyone else in Durango. She stays current on all the latest trends. You won't be sorry you went to her!

If you value your hair in any way, I highly recommend steering clear of this salon. The stylists are not qualified to perform the services they claim they can do. I called this salon ahead of time and asked them if they knew how to work with hair extensions. They said they did so I booked my appointment. When I was at the shampoo bowl, the stylist poured a corrosive product on my hair that melted and matted my hair extensions. They had to be cut out of my own hair! They thought that applying several individual extensions would compensate for the damage done to my hair not to mention the costs. When I approached the salon owner, Jill about reimbursing me for the cost of the extensions, she refused stating that the application of cheap extensions was reimbursement enough. I have filed a complaint against this salon with the BBB to seek a resolution to the financial loss I endured and am writing this review to inform the public of the unethical and dishonest business practices of this salon.
