This is an amazing company! Richard, the owner, responded at 8:15pm on the night of our water damage. He had his crew out by 9:15pm with dryers and fans. They returned every day to monitor the drying and worked thru the weekend to eliminate our damaged floors and walls. Ultrasteam is the only company we use for our home and local businesse.
Richard and his team at Ultrasteam are always top notch in everything they do, from carpet/upholstery cleaning to full-on restoration. Dustin did a really stellar job cleaning all of the carpet and upholstery in our house yesterday; taking great care to do all the necessary preparation before proceeding with the cleaning. Everything looks brand new and it was pretty rough before from kids & pets; feels great coming home to such a transformation. Bravo!!
