I have been a part of The Sweaty Buddha community for 8 years, practicing and eventually teaching. The teachers, the practitioners and the owner are all magic. The owner gives freedom for teachers to be who they are, which creates a vibrancy that I haven't seen in any other studio I've practiced. Even if you've never tried hot yoga, but you're curious, please do something amazing for your body and your nervous system and give it a go.
Cannot recommend this place enough. I’ve been going to sweaty Buddha for seven years now and love this place. It’s a studio, yes, and also a loving community. Teachers care about you as a human and take time to learn your name. Here are some of my favorite classes;

This place has made me more confident in my practice, life and so strong in my body. Grateful this place is apart of the Durango community.
