Walked in for a helix piercing and was immediately helped. Very friendly environment and Ida was very helpful with information on what she was doing to clean and prepare the area being pierced along with the aftercare process! Will definitely be coming back the next time I want a piercing!
Ida was nothing but amazing and sweet. I lost my nose stud slipping on and off my helmet when snowmobiling and was worried it would close up by the time our vacation was over. I called to see if they just sold jewelry by itself and they do. We made our way into Durango and she put the new jewelry in and fixed my crooked septum piercing! I was going to go back for a piercing on by birthday but i chickened out. Would highly recommend Ida!!
Ida saved my life and broke my heart all at once. I had a dermal that was rejecting. She helped me get it out. She did an amazing job. She’s very kind. I replaced my rejected dermal with a nostril ring and she did an amazing job with that too. The heartbreak was just losing the rejected dermal- but she saved my life as it was infected and needed to go!! Would definitely recommend! Thank you Ida!!
