Probably worst pedicure experience I've had yet. Made reservations and still waited 40 minutes to get seen. The tech Tony was definitely not pleasant to interact with at all. He didn't ask which spa package I wanted before starting and assumed and gave me the basic. When I told him I wanted the deluxe package he said it was too late and proceeded to finish. Nail and paint job were pretty subpar with nails cut and filed pretty crookedly. Slapped a coat of lotion on my legs and feet with no massage. It felt like he was rushing to get through my pedicure so he could get me in and out of that chair.

I have tried this salon 2 x, a dip each time,first time was for my wedding nails, definitely not smooth or even and my husband even said they looked uneven. The length was not what I asked for and bumpy.2nd time around I got a dip, asked for a black tip and neutral bed, he dipped the tops in black powder which just made them messy looking, not like a polish, and they started lifting and breaking after one week, I couldn't run my fingers thru my hair because they would get stuck. I was so excited to have found this place because the staff was so friendly and welcoming and they did a great job, but sadly the $75 pedicure didn't last long at all. It was about 3 days when about half my french tips fell off in my bed, in my socks, in the shower ect. Two weeks went by before my Mom, who paid for the pedicures called me and asked me if mine started chipping,at which point I told her I only have one big toes left. She had me call to see if they could do anything, but they did they don't do business like that. I told him "That's really unfortunate because we would have come back and sent people to them if they made it right, at least repaint my nails...read full review
