    Dr Hawman saw our dog today and said oxygen bay helped our frenchie and to get her back down to lower elevation!!! He lied and she died on the drive and She was trying so hard to breathe - She seemed worse than when we left her for him to watch her. he left no meds or anything with staff when we picked her up. HORRIFIC Man

    For many years, with many dogs, our experiences here been wonderful. We know dogs get sick, and more often than not, dog illness and sickness are often a mystery leading to their death. We never expect miracles and we do not blame vets for our dogs becoming ill and/or dying. We have always received compassion from the entire staff and professional knowledge from the vets. Every time we've euthanized a dog, they send us a sympathy card signed by staff, each member writing a nice message. My wife and I feel they care and that's what we would expect from an animal hospital. They are not miracle workers, nor would I expect them to be. They are caring humans, ding... read full review

    Do not take your pets here. My pet has lymphoma and is diabetic. After voicing concerns about my dog feeling unwell, not eating, losing weight, lethargic my concerns went neglected. I was told on more then one occasion that they were to busy to see my dog. After having a tech appointment for labs I asked if they could do a urine test to check for ketones as I was concerned she may be in a DKA crisis. The tech refused to give me results and assured me that the vet would call me and go over results and make a plan. I spent over an hour there for just blood work being drawn and the tech going back and forth talking to the vet, yet still was told he couldn't see her.... read full review
