My annual physical was with Cara Caldwell. The office staff were kind, efficient, and helpful. Cara took the time to listen to my concerns, was very thorough, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Cottonwood Family Health and Cara Caldwell.

Nice enough and responsive. Don’t expect to talk about anything during your annual exam or they will charge it differently resulting in a co-pay. Not sure what the point of an annual exam is if you can’t discuss potential health issues as a preventative measure and get referrals.

I have been seen by both Dr. Jay Ciotti and today I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Clarkinson. Both practitioners were patient, thorough, and compassionate about my welfare. I am so happy to have found a practice where I feel like I'm not just another number. Their intentional care and professional approach to addressing my condition is best in class and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a family medicine practice.

Dr. Clarkinson is an asset to the Ciotti's practice and we are lucky to have him practicing in Durango. My husband and I have been patients for many years. I have private insurance and we direct pay for my husband ( he has Medicare) They have provided quality convenient empathetic care, even during the pandemic. They are thorough and make prescription refills and referrals to specialists easy.

Jonathan Fox (PA) and Dr. Jay Ciotti both said my thyroid labs were fine and in range when they were not. I highly do not recommend this office. If you can see Lynn Joselyn, see her, otherwise go somewhere else. Dr. Nancy Utter would be a good place to go. Jonathan and Jay neither listened to me....typical MD style.....I'm the doctor, you don't know anything even tho it's your body and your experience. Stay away from this office.

Everyone is so helpful and nice! I called after 4pm to get a refill sent to South City Market and they called me back right away. City Market did not get my refill request sent to my Doctor and I was out. They got my Prescription sent over right away. They are the best in town!Thank you
