Axis Health System - La Plata Integrated Healthcare

I love La Plata Integrated Health and especially Mindy Jordeth who is my primary providerI never have to wait more than a few minutes before Im called back. All of the staff I have encountered over the years I have gone there are very professional and pleasant to deal with no matter what the situation. They show a genuine concern for your needs taking any stress or anxiety you may feel out of the equation.I would reccomend them without hesitation for anyone needing a primary provider or even for someone from out of town needing medical services.

Initially, I wasn’t optimistic. Some of the cons: it took over a month to get in just for an establishing care visit. Additionally, when I asked about pricing for cash pay (no insurance), I was told “it depends” with a range of $193-$493. That didn’t make any sense seeing as how it was essentially a “consultation appointment”. When I asked about the sliding fee, I was once again told “it depends” and was not given a straight answer. I was starting to second guess if I had chosen the wrong provider.However, the pros greatly outweigh the cons! Everyone at Axis, from the friendly people at the front desk, Mindy who I have been seeing for several years, Rachel who takes my blood and the entire staff are always very helpful, considerate and professional makes coming in enjoyable.
