Since I have been going to Aesthetics & Wellness Katie Bates who was doing my facials was out for surgery. I had referred my friend Faye Smith to Aesthetics & Wellness and her appointment was with Lorraine Roache who she saw 2 times and told me she was wonderful, so I made an appointment with Lorraine Roache who is a a registered nurse that was able to do the Diamond Glow facial as well as the Botox Injections. She is so incredibly thorough, checked out my skin before doing the facial and was so gentle doing the Botox injections I am continuing my monthly appointments with Lorraine. I have been seeing Robyn for various services for six years, and she is truly exceptional. From our very first meeting, she made me feel instantly heard and comforted. Her bedside manner is the perfect blend of professional expertise and a soft, friendly touch; I always leave my appointments feeling refreshed and beautiful. The experience is seamless from start to finish thanks to the front office staff. They are incredibly flexible, professional, and always greet me with a genuine smile. If you are looking for a nurse esthetician who prioritizes both results and patient comfort, I cannot recommend Robyn highly enough!
