Our family has used Troy and Kendal with Summit’s Finest Carpet Cleaning And Restoration for carpet cleaning for many years. I’ve always been impressed with Troy’s work. Was recently impressed with Troy’s response time and efforts to dry out quickly after a water leak. Their communication and willingness to help with insurance is also great.
Had 3 very bad pet stains from a very sick dog in my bedroom. Thought, for certain, I'd have to replace all the carpet in our room. After much research, decided to call Summit's Finest Carpet Cleaning & Restoration as a last ditch effort and I'm sooooo glad I did. Troy did a really thorough job and got the carpet stains out! I was shocked! Will definitely call him for all my carpet cleaning needs from here on out! He was fast, efficient and friendly!
Troy came out in the evening after 6 pm , as I was in dire need of getting my couch cleaned for Thanksgiving. He did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to accomodate me during this busy season. Thank you! He also cleaned my area rugs and they turned out great!
