“This place is a GEM! And Holly is the best! I’m always traveling for work, so I rarely get the same hairdresser twice, which can result in inconsistency… but this summer I got Holly, and she really saved my hair. (She also didn’t ask me to chat too much or make painful small talk, which I always appreciate since I like a more relaxing vibe. ☺)
Before Serenity, I had ice blonde ends with a reddish blonde accident above that, and outgrown dark blonde roots on top of it all - a mess. And over two sessions, she managed to get me here, like it never happened. (Not sure what her color correction method was, but we definitely did add serious highlights, which was perfect.) She even left me with some tips and gave me level numbers to give to my future stylists to keep my hair exactly where it is - which was SO generous. I’ve never had a stylist do that. So thoughtful.
I am sad to leave Summit County now that I’ve found Serenity! I’m definitely never forgetting this salon, or Holly’s work. This is 100% my go-to now, whenever I am in the area. Thank you, Holly!”
