I cannot recommend Despina Massage Therapy highly enough—this was truly one of the best massage therapy experiences I’ve ever had. Despina is an incredibly skilled and intuitive licensed massage therapist who goes far beyond a standard session.
She takes an integrative, holistic approach, incorporating multiple modalities including integrative massage, aromatherapy, sound bowl therapy, collagen face massage, and more. What really stood out to me was her ability to identify and treat the root cause of my tension—not just the surface-level symptoms. I left feeling noticeably lighter, more aligned, and genuinely better in my body.

I highly recommend Despina! I asked for a deep tissue massage, and she definitely delivered. Her space is also very clean and peaceful - just a great experience all around. Looking forward to my next massage!
