Fantastic experience from beginning to end period!
Steve, Scott, Daniel, Hector and Diego were all very professional - polite - experienced and above else, very helpful with allowing me to get more than what I had signed up for.
Our salesman, Steve Bell and the installer, Daniel Pena were professional and detailed. Our replacement sliding door with internal shades exceeds our expectations. During the install, Daniel Pena was informative and detailed in removing the existing door and installing the replacement door. The installation was completed in a timely manner and Daniel and his team ensured that the work area was perfectly clean when they were finished.
Mike came in and very quickly determined what we needed. There no reviewing each window and tell us how bad it was, did not use a moisture meter to say the walls were ready to crumble if the windows were not replaced right now. He ask how many windows we would like replaced, we ask for two bids on different amounts of windows and with out calling his supervisor he gave us both bids, ask if there were any questions and once we were satisfied, left.
A couple of days later we called, stated what we would like done. That is when he said he needed to measure the windows. Once he accomplished that we sat down and went over the actual purchase, we changed a couple of items...read full review
