I used whole therapy during a hard time in my life I was introduced to Cara through victims compensation I received EMDR treatment which changed my life and I think she did an incredible job with this particular way of therapy I recommend it to others I recommend Cora too anybody facing any of these life challenges she was absolutely amazing and saved my life with EMDR treatment twhich changed my life. It was the best therapy and treatment I received for child good trauma and complex post-traumatic stress. She also went out of her way to give us tools to use outside of treatment that we can refer back to during tough times.

Coral and I have been working together for almost 5 years. In this time I’ve learned a lot about what life looks like when I choose to trust my intuition. I’ve learned to communicate with an open heart and advocate with way more kindness. I utilize my emotional toolbox sooner than later and leave brave space for all seasons. Most of all, this time has helped me see past life experiences as more than just trauma. I’ve come to understand PTSD and ADHD, which has supported acceptance outside of labeling good or bad. What can I say Coral is a dream to work with. The space she creates is comforting, warm, as well as safe. Coral has a great deal of respect for her clients. She is patient, compassionate, caring, understanding of ones feelings, has suggestive solutions, and a real person you can talk to with open non judgmental ears, that you can trust that she has the best intentions for you and your therapeutic experience. She cares deeply for her clients and it shows. She is creative, well educated, and has a great deal of knowledge when it comes to therapy, counseling, and moving forward with your life.
