Westec Builders has done several projects for us. The first was the removal of our patio and patio cover. The patio concrete and cover were completely removed, the concrete was poured about a third larger and the roof angle started halfway up the slope of the main house roof. Besides the obvious work the electrical service needed to be raised and an outdoor water faucet needed to be relocated. In addition to the standard work we decided to have the entire roof replaced and new gutters with screens installed. They did a good job matching the aluminum siding on our eaves and soffits.
