My experience with Water Damage Inc was excellent. I had mold in my basement crawl space. They inspected the crawl space and provided me with a detailed estimate describing the work to be done. Unlike the other bids I received, Water Damage’s approach to mitigating the mold was thorough, complete, and sought to solve the problem. Once I approved the estimate, they timely started and completed the work. They kept me informed of their work progress and adjusted the work scope to make sure the mold was completely mitigated. I HIGHLY recommend Water Damage Inc. for any water and mold mitigation. I had water damage/mold in two rooms to deal with. I saw their great reviews and gave them a call. They had the best response, info and prices.
John and all of his crew members were amazing to work with-- a "class act". Customer service at its best like I haven't seen in many years. They were caring, professional, thorough, careful and accommodating of all my needs. John took care of/coordinated my "project" from the asbestos testing to the water/mold mitigation to the reconstruction. 6 out of 5 stars fits best. ;-)
