Scott and his team at Warner Concepts were truly amazing!!! I had a water pipe burst in my rental unit near DU over New Years and Scott and his team got in there SO quickly and did ALL THE REPAIRS (I'm talking dry wall, drying, flooring, painting, and more!). Scott is so kind and helpful! I live out of town, and Scott kept me up to date and walked me through every step of the process. I highly recommend Warner Concepts for their meticulous work, commitment to excellence, fantastic client service and fair transparent fees. I purchased my home in December 2014 and hired Warner Concepts to complete my reno in January 2015 based on their client service and pricing. I've used these guys for several projects on the house and have been really impressed. Very knowledgeable about every aspect of our home from heating/cooling to landscaping and improvements. Most importantly they're reliable, show up when they say they will, and are very upfront and consistent with pricing and options. They are easily the best contractors I've worked with and will continue to use them for all of our home projects.
