Emily is a very knowledgeable and experienced massage/body work therapist - and she has a nice studio with great ambiance. Since y massage therapist was out of town and a friend recommended her, I decided to give her a try. I'm glad I did. Emily is on another level. I've experienced massages from quite a few therapists, and Emily ranks at the top. She's thorough and works deep to break up the fascia and knots. I highly recommend her. You deserve it.

Getting bodywork from Milly at Vital Kneads has seriously changed my life for the better. I suffer from muscle tightness, back pain, and sciatica. Since seeing her regularly, I have been pain free, and able to live every day with more bliss! She is kind, attentive, empathetic, extremely knowledgeable about the human body, and a true healer.
