I had truly a seamless experience here! There were plenty of appointments available online then once I arrived for my appointment, I was immediately greeted and helped. There was a small issue with my insurance and the staff were so helpful and explained it to me thoughtfully. The staff member who led my initial intake was great - so friendly and efficient. I then only had to wait maybe 5 min to see Dr. Wu, who was fantastic ! The appointment was so quick yet comprehensive and she was so personable! Best customer service experience I've had in a long time !
Everything went fine, nice people. Was asked why I checked medical by the person at front desk, bad light-sensitivity. Asked if anything specific to tell the Dr by the person who did my pre-exam, said light-sensitive. While talking with the Dr I tell them about my light-sensitivity and got some sunglass inserts for my glasses(very helpful, but also not). Near the end of the appointment I was asked if I have any questions - not anymore, I'm squeaking, but not really being heard, so why ask.
Like I said, nice people. Just make sure whatever your medical might be, you are going over-the-top with whatever it is(pain, sensitivity, etc. I've noticed(with anything scheduled)… read full review
