Started working out and woke up with a wrecked neck and areas of my back. Then come to realize I have been living with these issues for quite sometime. We did X-rays and saw that my spine was slowly losing some of its flexibility and ability to support daily functions. After about 3 months I am standing taller, working out 4 times a week, and can go to bounce houses with my 6 year old. Don’t be fooled you must dedicate yourself or it’s not a life time fix.
