    I am sorry so many veterans have/are experiencing difficulties and frustration with CCC. I'm 100%, live 70+ miles from closest VA, so I rely heavily on CCC. I've had over 20 appts over the past several years. Fortunately, I have always had great success with CCC. I usually secure message them instead of phoning them (patience isn't one of my virtues) and they have always responded within 48hrs, sometimes even 24hrs, and helped me push auths through, get providers to submit SARs, schedule appts, etc.

    I have been calling for over a week while on hold for almost 2 hours. When I finally reach someone, they say that they can't hear me. I have used different phones to make sure it isn't a problem on my end, but the same thing. This is a major problem! Veterans are not receiving care because of this, and no one fixes the issue.

    I call community care yesterday to check on a referral. The lady that answered was very rude, she spoke over me every time I tried to talk, she cut me off before I could explain anything. Then when I asked to speak to someone who could help me instead of disrespect me she hung up.
    I called back today and waited for on hold for 37 mins. The lady answered my call asked for my name and last 4. I gave it to her. She said she couldn't hear then hung up on me. I guess customer service isn't a priority. I'm to the point where I would rather pay out of pocket then use the va
