Exceptional service in assisting with DaVinci warranty, delivery of materials from the distributor, workmanship, meeting deadlines and clean up. Outstanding in every aspect mentioned above and with excellent communication from start to finish. I highly recommend Vertical Roofing Company.
I recently got my roof and gutters replaced with vertical and I had the absolute best experience with a gentleman named Ken/Abram. They were very helpful informative and transparent through the entire process. Even when my insurance company tried to deny it, vertical was there through every step even in the insurance process. Once I finish going through my HOA, work began and it literally took one day to replace the roof in one day for the new gutters and even the workers that replaced the roof as well as the gutter replacement company were top-notch and went above and beyond. We needed our roof inspected on short notice while we were out of town and Ken Stewart and his team at Vertical Roofing in Denver were very efficient and prompt in their response in assessing damage and what needed to be done. Ken met with us on a weekend in order facilitate getting us an estimate for roof repair vac replacement and thoroughly educated us in the process, answering all of our questions. By the end of that week, materials were ordered, his team of certified roofers were out to us on time as promised and the project was completed professionally in two days. Very pleased.
