I just finished a sizable project using Valley Hardwood Floors and they did a great job for me. They removed carpet from two floors to uncover the old oak flooring, added oak wrap to the stairs, and removed two layers of old flooring in the kitchen and entry and installed new oak flooring tied into the surrounding old oak. Things look great! They showed up when planned and met their proposed timing and cost. This kind of work does produce a tremendous amount of dust which was expected and planned for. Emilio and Rudy did a wonderful job on my installation. When one area needed a few boards replaced to better tie the old oak to the new, they took care of it with no questions asked. They went out of their way to clean up paint drips my painting folks left behind just to make sure my floors looked great. I recommend Valley Hardwood Floors. Just make sure you expect dust if they will be sanding ... it's part of the process!

Several months ago, i reviewed this business. I rated them high despite them flooding my HVAC system with dust when they sanded my floors.My floors were beautiful. However, they didn't properly protect my house so my entire house was covered in dust including my HVAC and ducts. I notified Joe when my AC went out and he paid to fix it.Fast forward into the winter months, when I started up my heating system, there was still so much dust, it started a small fire. My heater then went out so I contacted Joe. No response this time since my bill has been paid unlike last time.Fair warning, they do a fabulous job with your floor but prepare to shell out extra cash to pay to clean your house, clean your ducts and fix your AC and heater. Joe paid for the AC to be fixed but I shelled out an additional $1000 for house cleaning, duct cleaning and heater repair.
