We got home after 24 hours of traveling with our four kids, exhausted, frustrated, and completely unable to get into our house. I called Ben, and within 15 minutes he had someone at our door. They got us inside quickly and with such care and professionalism. The prompt response, incredible customer service, and genuine kindness made all the difference in a really stressful moment. Always prompt to service customers, once work is discussed starts straight away, has most if not all tools readily available for any project, all the work I’ve requested is handled promptly and bills when work is completed. 10/10 I do recommend this locksmith.
