Can't thank the team here enough for listening and helping me until I can see a primary. The staff was kind and attentive. The MA had a calming energy and listened to me without interupting. Leisa Wilson was compassionate and familiar with my condition. I appreciate her going to find my labs from a prior provider and advising me on the steps I can take outside of medication. Jolene and Andrea and the care team that was there on Thanksgiving Thursday were wonderful and their bedside manner and concern was excellent. No one wants to need to go to urgent care, especially on such a busy day when people want to be enjoying family, friends and food. With how sick I was and that my partner and I were were afraid with not knowing what was going on, it felt like they were taking care of someone they genuinely cared about. I can only hope that the rest of the team is the same for all of those who unfortunately need urgent care and their families. Please share my gratitude.

I was blown away how, at both UCH facilities I visited, everyone was very kind, professional and responsive Probably the easiest and best urgent care visit I’ve ever had - which says a lot as, with three kids and also being a type one diabetic, I’ve been to MANY. I plan to use UCH’s facilities from here on out as my go-to.
