Reached out on a Thursday about revalving the suspension on my 2006 Toyota 4Runner and was surprised they had availability as soon as Monday. Austin did an awesome job explaining the pros and cons of revalving my old Fox setup vs. upgrading, and I ended up going with King shocks. The whole process was incredibly easy—quick scheduling, payment over the phone, and great communication throughout. They even replaced a seized cam bolt that broke during removal at no charge.

I've got a 5th gen 4runner and have trusted Toytec to replace the OEM suspension (I went with the Toytec Boss 2.5 setup with JBA upper control arms, DuroBumps, and Toytec heavy duty rear springs), install my skid plates, as well as some general maintenance on my rig. Top notch shop from the sales people Austen and Matt, to the techs. Rebuilt my fox shocks, added a pre-load collar and I couldn’t be happier with the ride. Very knowledgeable sales staff that’s down to earth and humble. They didn’t pressure me into anything I didn’t need but offered suggestions for the future. So far so good!
Also reassuring that every employee drives a Toyota that’s lifted so they must know what works and what doesn’t lol. Thanks again guys for the hard work!
